How do I reset my password

Visit the password reset page and enter the email address you use to log into the application. The click "send password reset link" and use the password reset link sent to your email.

Having Difficulty Receiving Your OTP?

Please check your junk and spam folders. Please ensure that support@cubcyber.com is not marked as spam by your e-mail service. Add support@cubcyber.com as an email contact. Make sure that your e-mail client is configured to download emails as they arrive. If you are still not receiving an OTP or are receiving them with a significant delay please contact support@cubcyber.com.

Is the online payment secure?

Yes, we use Stripe to facilitate payment for the Cub Cyber application. If you would like to learn more about how stripe handles payment security you may visit their website.
 

When will I receive access to the application after paying?

After signing up for a free trial from our website, you will immediately gain access to the application.
 

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes you can cancel your subscription to the Compliance Accelerator application anytime. You may cancel it from the billing section of the application when logging in. If you do not have this feature you may contact support@cubcyber.com seventy two hours before your subscription or trial ends.
 

Do we Offer Refunds?

Given the nature of digital services, we do not offer a refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your account or by contacting support@cubcyber.com seventy two hours before your subscription ends but you will not be issued a refund unless legally required.
 

When will the cancelation be effective?

Paid subscriptions will be cancelled at the end of the active billing cycle, regardless of when the cancellation request is made.
 

What happens when my subscription is canceled?

All of the data you entered into the Compliance accelerator will be deleted from our databases. You will lose access to the application after your last paid billing cycle ends.
 

Can I access the Compliance Accelerator application account after the subscription is canceled?

No. Once your subscription is canceled, you can no longer login to the cub cyber application without purchasing another subscription.
 

How do I cancel my subscription?

Send an email to support@cubcyber.com requesting that your subscription is cancelled. It may take up to 48 hours for us to process your cancellation request. Depending on your subscription plan, you may be able to cancel your subscription from within the Compliance Accelerator applcation from the billing tab.
 

Is the Compliance Accelerator application secure?

Yes, however nothing is 100% secure 100% of the time. Please visit our security page for more information on our security.
 

What kind of support does Cub Cyber provide?

We offer email support for all of our users. We usually respond to support requests within 24-48 hours of receiving the message excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
